JANUARY 14. 1993

II. CALLL TO ORDER:
III. MINUTES: Read and approved.
IV. BILLS: . Bills approved.
V: . STAFF REPORT: Circulation up in November down in December.

VI: OLD BUSINESS:
VII. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Board was ask to approve letters written
to Library Board applicants.
B. LazerCat-Jim is installing 1/14/93.
C. Ants Grant -We did not receive.
D. Weeding -Gloria read letter from•City
Council ante check for $1.00 was:issued
6y thelfriends.
E. Gloria presented the board with acopy
of the Long Range Plan.
F. Gloria gave copy of State Report to each
board member.
G. Childrens Book week was very successful.
A. A thank you letter was sent to the Star
News thanking all our supporters and friends.
B. Our Adult Learning Center has started up
again with new programs now made available
to all patrons.

C. During ..November and December th"e library
received over $1100.00 in donations.

D. Sue .inn will be having"surgery sometime next
month, and Gloria is waiting for a phone call.

E. We have a new page, Karla Walker and she is
doing a great job.
F. Gloria is going to borrow a circuit of large
print books from State Library as soon as the
back roonvis ready.
G. We should receive our books on tape soon.
H. Marilyn Summers volunteered to re -organize
the friends of the library and ask Gloria to
send out letters and make posters.
