II. CALL TO ORDER:

VI. OLD BUSINESS
A. Board Appointment:Faye made motion that Janzi
Frandin be reappointed to Library Board, Marilyn
9 p aZiLleael` seconded. j The board feels if some reason Janzi
could not 'fill this position they were in support
of Clay Morgan. Board ask Mayor to take action.
B. LazerCat: Has been ordered and staff waiting
anxiously.
C. WEDDING: We have weeded 660 books from shelves
and list will be given to City Council so friends
can purchase back for book sale room.
D. Video Forms: Gloria made up a video release form
for parents to sign so minors could check out videos.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. WARE/LETTER: Gloria presented letter from Jana Ware
thaiking the library board for conserns and support.
B. State Report: Gloria has finished requirment by the
the State and shared information. 73,930 books were
circulated in 1692.
C. Long Range Plan: Gloria has finished the 5 year long
range plan and ask for approval-Board signed and
approved.
D. Childrens Book Week: Was very successful with 21
children thursday' s program and everyone enjoying
all the new books.
