II. CALL TO ORDER:.
III. MINUTES: Approved from April 9, 1992
IV. BILLS APPROVED: Marilyn Summers
V. STAFF REPORT:
Circulation / down.
Fines / up
VI. OLD BUSINESS:
A. lights: about one fourth of lights and
balisters are fixed.
B. Grants: Arts and Humanities grants have
made available monies to remote communities
and Gloria and Mary Sides from Cascade
library have sent a letter of intent to apply.
C. GED-Literacy Program: 8 students graduated.
VII. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Childrens Programs: Summer programs all went
well , quilts made, books read, careers chosen
and stories told, lots of fun.
B. 5 Year Planning Survey: Library Roles identified
through survey and a plan is being written to
qualify library for future grants offered by State.
C. Word Perfect, Typing Tutorial : BSU has given the
library 2 new programs to be installed onto Skills
Bank Computer.
D. Budget. Gloria will have copy of new Budget Oct.l .
