An Ordinance regulating the speed of At9.to_ ob; les,
`rotor -cycles, or other Power -propelled vehicles.
The Eoard of Trustees of the City of - ejaumont, do or-
daih as follows:
Cec . 1. That it shall be unlawful for Pnzr pevon to
ruff any automobile, motorcycle, or other ,power -propelled vehicle
at a speed exceeding twenty-five miles per hour in or upon any
public street or road within the City of T'eaumonfl; Prmvided
however, that vehicles used for the purpose of carrying fire ex-tInguishers, when actually going to a fire, may 111e run at such
speed a- may be necessary.
-ec. 2. That it shall be unlawful for any person to
use anywagon, carriage, or other vehicle of any kind, propelled
either ky machinery or drain by animal power, upc n or along any
pub.l'_c street of the 'it: of ''ea.umont, in the night time, or
when it is dark, or to allow such vehicle to stathd at said time
upon any of the public streets of said city, excFLpt such person
shall have securely affixed to the front of said vehicle, a
briar,t light or illuminated lamp, which shall be `,k -pt burning*
and so placed as to he readily 4ePn while
used.

persons to run or propel, any bicycle, tricycle, or any vehicle
propelled by the person riding the same, upon or' over any side-
