Th ves Beard. of Trustees ar the City of Beaumont do ordain as follows: -
Section le—No person shall naintain or Yeep any sirine upon any
portion of the City ef Beaumont within th following described

tion upon any of the unoccupied lets or landh or upon any w:reet,highway
