ec:=ion 1. The fire department cf the City of Beaumont shall consist of a
chief thereof, to bre appointed by the Board of TrusteevtwLo shall
hold hia office during the pleasure of said hoard, shad shall com-

icate as clerk, that the company named is a regularlyi organized fits
