Section 3 This ordinance Is an emergency ordinance and is
13 necessary for the inunediate preservation of the rublic
health and safety, and the facts constituting itE urgency are
declared to be as follows:
15 The former meeting place of the Board of Trustees
1j of the City of Bea-unont is not accessible for tho I-,,,olding of
meetings of said Board except at great inconvenionce and may
not at all times be at all < accessible when needed and it is
imperativb that the time and place of holding, of�icial and
regular meetings of said Board of Trustees be fixed without
delay at some place that will surely be available, in order
19 to enable the transaction of the official business of said
City in, a lawful manner; for which reason this ordinance
shall go into full force and effect upon its final passage.
