AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE 1996 MEMORANDUM
OF UNDERSTANDING WITH P.E.S.U. LOCAL 702
WHEREAS, the Negotiating Committee of the Governing Body of the Borough of
Carteret and P.E.S.U. Local 702 have negotiated a Memorandum of Understanding
for 1996; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the 1996 Memorandum
of Understanding with P.E.S.U. Local 702.
Adopted this 20th day of February, 1997
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on February 21, 1997.
