AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPE'PSATION OF THE RECORDER OF
THE CITY OF BEAUI-ONT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS
OF ORDINANCES IN CON:{LICT TH.HREWITH:
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF EEAUMONT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Recorder of the City of Beaumont shall
receive a salary of Fifteen 0'13.00) Dollars per month;
Section_ 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances of
the City of. Beaumont in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed
in so far as they relate to the salary of the City Recorder.
Section 3 The City Clerk skull certify to the passage
and adoption of this ordinance arid shall cause the same to be
published once in the Beaumont Leader, a newopaper of general
citculation, published and circulated in the City of Beaumont,
and thirty days after its adoption this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect.
