AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT CLANGING THE OFFICIAL
PLACE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOTS:
Section 1. All official meetings of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Beaumont, shall, after the final passage of
tti-is ordinance, be held at the South Room of the Schilling
Building or. the Westerly side of Egan Avenue, second door south
of Sixth Street, in the City of teainont, California, which
place is hereby fixed and designated as the regular meetir_g
place of said board;
Section 2. This ordinance is an ordinance for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and the
facts constituting its urgency are declared to be as follows:
New quarters have been rented for the regular
meeting: place of the Board of Trustees and the tonaney where
the Board now Meets will shortly expire and it is imperative
that an official place of meetings of the Board be fixed
without delay in order to enable the transaction of official
business of said city in a lawful manner; for which reason
this ordinance shall go into full force and effect immediately
upor, its final passage.
