AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
NECESSARY FOR THE CODIFICATION OF THE ORDINANCES
OF TIIE CITY OF BEAUMONT INTO A MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
The City Council of the City of Beaumont, California DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Beaumont is
contemplating the adoption of a Municipal Code for the City of
Beaumont, California.
SECTION 2. Book Publishing Company of Seattle, Washington
has reviewed all of the ordinances of the City of Beaumont and has
recommended and determined, subject to the approval of the Council,
that many of the ordinances are duplications, obsolete and incom-
plete and should be repealed.
SECTION 3. The following ordinances, or parts thereof, are
hereby repealed.

§8, §9, §10, §11, 512, §13, §14, 515, §17,'518, §19, 520, 521-26,

delete references to subsection (a).
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days
after its final passage and within fifteen days after its passage
shall be published as provided by law.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th day of 17ebruary
1983, by the City Council of the City of Beaumont, California.
