AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT CHANGING THE OFFICIAL
PLACE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A11 official meetings of the Board of Trustees of
the city of Beaumont, shall, after the final passage of this
Ordinance, be held at _ W. Fifth Street in the City of
Beaumont, California, which place is hereby fixed and designated
as the regular meeting place of the said Board of Trustees of
the City of Beaumont.
Section 2. This Ordinance is an ordinance for the immediate
preservation of the puplic peace, health and safety and the
facts constituting its urgency are declared to be as follows:
New quarters have been rented for the regular meeting place
of the Board of Trustees of the City of Beaumont and the
tenancy where the Board of Trustees now meets will shortly
expire and it is imperative thPt an official place of
meetings of the Board of Trustees be fixed without delay
in order to enable the transaction of official bussiness
of said City in a lawful manner, for which reason this
ordinance shall go into full force and effect immediately
upon its final passage.

I, W. 4. Cronk, Clerk of the City of Beaumont, hereby certify
that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 101, was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the Board of
Trustees held on the 26th day of May, 1927, and was duly
passed and adopted 053386 at a regular meeting held on the 3rd
day of June, 1927 by the following vote.
AYES: Trustees Bovee, De Peel, McDonald and Truby.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
