Sec ,l. From and ai ter the expiration of the term, of the -ies®n incumbent
The City Treasurer shall receive a salary of
Fifteen (15. GC) Dollars per konth:
Section S. .L11 other ordinances and parts of ordinances of the
City of Beaumont in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed in so far
as they relate to the salary of the City Treasurer.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the
Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,pub-
lished and circulated in the Cit;: of Beaumont, and thirty days after
its adoption this ordinance shall be in full force and effect.

1, Frank Richardson, Clerk of the City of Beaumont hereby certify
that the foregoing, being Ordinance ,:umber 116, was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Beaumont,
on the 13 day of March 1930, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meetimg of the said City Council on the 20 day
