GULATING TH1 PARKING OF COMMARCIAL VAHICLLS IN THIS CITY OF BAAUMON T CALIFORNIA T}L CITY COUNCIL OF TH2 CITY OF BRAUMORT DORS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SACTION 1. For the purpose of 'ails Ordinance the term"CONMRCILL V.eHICLAS" is defined is defined to be any Dray, Truck,wagon,Cart, Automobile or other traffic vehicle carrying or used in transporting goods,merchandise, lumber, machinery, oil,dirt or any other article of trade or commerce. S. CTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person,firm or corporation to park, stpp or leave standing, whether attended or unattended, a commercial vehicle upon a public highway street or alley within the corporate limits of the City of Beaumont, County of Riverside, State of California, within five hundred(500L)feet of any school building school -yard or other premises used in connection with public schools, except for the purpose of delivering goods,wares or merchandise, and then only while such delivery is being made. S iCTION Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punish able by a fine of Jno t exceeding (25.00) Twenty-five Dollars, or by imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding (5) Five days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SACTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this ordinance„ and cause the same to be published at least once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation published printed and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in force in the manner pro- vided by law.
