CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOE ORDAIN AS FOLLOS:
'ction 1. Pursuant to the 7Drovisions of the Act of the Lecis.?z—

Council of the city of Beaumont hereby determines and declares that
weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature or attain such a
