The City Council of the City of Beaumont do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That the compensation of Judge of the
City Court of the City of Beaumont be end it is hereby
fixed at the sum of FIFTY Dollars (1$50.00) per month.
Section 2. Tht the motion duly made, seconded and
carried at the regular meeting of this Council on April
24 1935 to increase the conpens tion of,the City Judge of
the City of Beaumont to fifty dollars (50.00) per month
be and it is hereby rat if ied, tnv said incre-;_se of compene - ti on
to Fifty Dollars (' 50.r o) per month shall begin as of
Lay 1st 1�r93 c �•
Section 3. That all ordinances, parts of ori inancee,
and motions, conflict ing =pith the provisions of this ordinance
be and the some are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That the City Clerk sh .11 certify to the
adoption of this ordinance, E.nd shall cause the Same to be
published once in the Eeaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the City of Beaumont, a n 3.
thirty days after adoption this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect.
