ORDINANCE NO /16i
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT RELATING TO THE CARE
AND EXPENDITURE OF MONEYS RECEIVED FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
UNDER THE PRO'TISI ONS OF ARTICLE 5, CHAPTER 1, DIVISION I of
THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE.
9 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
10 Section 1. T comply with the provisions of Article 5
of Chapter 1 of Division I of the Streets and Highways Code,
11 with particular reference to the amendments madethereto by
Chapter 642, Statutes of 1935, there is hereby created in the
12 City Treasury a special fund to be known as the "Special Gas
Tax Street Improvement Fund."

copy of Ordinance No. 160, of the City of Beaumont, being an
18 ordiaance entitled "AN ORDrNANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 105, ADOPTED JULY 26, 1928, AND PROVIDING
19 FOR SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF MILK FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, FEES
FOR MILK INSPECTION SERVICE, AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS
20 THEREOF" adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Beaumont, on its second reading, held on the 27th
21 day of November, 1935, by the following vote: -
AYES: Councilmen Pegramt Mitcheltree and,Funk.
