AN ORDINANCE OF TETE CITY OF BEAUMONT AMENDING
ORDINANCE No. 15. OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, RELATING TO
FIRE ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 154+ of
the City of Beaumont, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of
Beaumont amending Ordinance No. 144 of the City of Beaumont"
be amended by changing the areas covered and included within
Fire Zone 1 and Fire Zone 2 as follows:
Fire Zone 1 shall include all the area bounded as
follows:
Commencing at a point on Veile Avenue 150 feet northeast—
erly of the northerly line of Test Sixth Street; thence
southeasterly parallel with and 150 feet north of the northerly
line of Test Sixth Street to a point on the easterly line
of California Avenue 150 feet north of the northerly line of
Sixth Street; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of
California Avenue 30 feet; thence Easterly parallel with and
120 feet north of the norr4herly line of Sixth Street to the
Westerly line of Orange Avenue; thence southerly along the
westerly line of Orange Avenue to a point 120 feet south of
the southerly line of Sixth Street; thence westerly parallel
with and 120 feet south of the southerly line of Sixth Street
to a point 160 feet east of the easterly line of California
Avenue; thence southerly parallel with and 160 feet east of
the easterly line of California Avenue to the northerly line
of Fifth Street; thence westerly along the northerly line of
