Section 1. h ere.s, by reason of the previsions of
law relating to sale of pro erty for delinquent taxes, the
City of Beaumont has some right or title in and to t he
following described real property, to it :

Section 3. That the rity Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be
published once in the Peaurnont Gazette, a newspaper of
gener•:.1 circulation, printed, published and c irculated in
the City of Beaumont, and thirty days after ado tion it shall
be in full force and effect.
