AS FOLLO7S:
Section 1. '`Thereas, by reason of the provisions of
law relating to sale of property for delinquent taxes,
the City of Beaumont has some right or title in and to
the lots or lands hereinafter particularly described, and
has receive an offer from -the Beaumont Irrigtion District,
a public corporation, t o r.:urc hale same.
Section 2. Whereas, said real- property is no longer
necessi r-- for Oubl is use and convenience, and it is proper
and neces .ry to dispose of such title for the common benefit.
Section 3. That the ., 6.yor and Oity Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
a conveyance of all the right, title and interest of the
city af Beaumont in and to the real property hereinafter
particularly described to the Beaumont Irrigation District,
a public corporation, for the consideration of .1, oo per
p ..reel, sub j edt however to all unpaid assessments for payment
of 1915 Act bonds, if ..ny, that any of said parcels are subject
to

to be conveyed is situate in the City of Beaumont, County of

Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, =.nd shall cause the same to be
published once in the Be...umont Gazette, a newspaper of
genera circulation, printed, published and circulated in
t; he City of 3eauiiont,and thirty days after adoption it shall
be in full force and effect.
