AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT AUTHORIZING
CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX DEEDED LOTS TO THE BEAUMONT IRRIGATION
DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Beaumont do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute a conveyance of
the lots hereinafter described of the right, title and interest
of the City of Beaumont which it has acquired by reason of
sales for delinquent taxes to the Beaumont Irrigation District,
a public corporation, for the reason that said lots are not
necessary for public use and convenience and it is proper and
necessary to dispose of such title for the common benefit,
and that said conveyance be subject to accrued assessments,
if any, and restrictions, reservations and rights of ways, if any.
Section 2. That the lots herein referred
to are situate in the City of Beaumont, County of Riverside,
State of California, and described as follows:

Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published and circulated in the City
of Beaumont and thirty days after adoption it shall be in full
force and effect. 2 QI
