RESOLUTION NO.2017-036
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF TIFFIN BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017
Whereas,
the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa is responsible to approve and
certify an annual operating budget, and;
Whereas,
the City Council is required to stay within the budgetary requirements set
forth by the Department of Management with the State of Iowa, and;
Whereas,
the City Council does hereby acknowledge the necessity for a budget
quirements, and;
Whereas,
the City Council of the City of Tiffin hereby acknowledges the attached
Budget Amendment Sheet to be accurate and final,
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that
effective upon receipt of this resolution by the State of Iowa Department of Management
and the Johnson County Auditor, that the fiscal year 2016-2017 budget amendment for
the City of Tiffin be approved.

On the 6 day of June, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,

Councilperson Bartels introduced
APPROVING THE CITY OF TIFFIN BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR
2016-2017
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson
Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Bartels, Havens, Ryan
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
RESOLUTION NO. 2017-036, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
declared that the
CITY OF TIFFIN BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017
to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
