AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT AUTHORIZING
SALE OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED TAX DEEDED LANDS WITHIN TET
CITY OF BEAUMONT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That whereas the lots and lands herein-
after specifically described have been tax deeded to the
City of Beaumont for delinquent taxes, and are not neces-
sary for public use and convenience, and it is proper and
necessary to dispose of such title thereto as the City of Beau-
mont has for the common benefit.
Section 2. That if, as and when buyers therefor
are found said lots or lands be sold at a minimum price of
FIFTY DOLLARS per parcel, the City Council of the City of Beau-
mont do by resolution duly adopted authorize each sale and
therein fix the selling price and terms, to be however not
less than said minimum of Fifty Dollars per parcel, and on each
such sale the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute a quitclaim deed to the purchaser or pur-
chasers, subject to and reserving a right in the City of Beene:
mont to lay, install and maintain utilities of any and all kinds
in, under, over and across the parcel or parcels sold.
Section 3. The lots or lands referred to herein
are situate in the City of Beaumont, County of Riverside, State
of California, and described as follows:
Lots 14 and 16 of Block 53;
Lots 2, 4, 6, of Block 65;
Lots 1, 3, 9, 11, 13, 15, 2, 10, 12, of Block 66;
rLot 9, Block 88;
Lot 12, 14, 16, of Block 95;
Lots 7, 9, 13, 15, of Block 96;
Lots 3, of Block 115;
Lots 2 4, 6, 5 10, Biock 119;
Lot 6 of Biock 6;
South 120 feet Lot 12 of Block 12;
Lots 5, 6, 7, of Block 13;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, of Block 14;
NE 156/7 feet of Lot 2, Block 105;
MoCoyls Sub. Portion Block 10,, commencing SE
corner Lot 11; West 28.91 feet; North 18.06 feet;
SE to beginning.
Lot 18 of Block 98.
Lot 12 Biock 89.
Section 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause same
to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation printed, published and circulated in the
City of Beaumont, and thirty days after passage it shall be in
full force and effect.
