ORDINANCE NO. 184.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY C'F F+E"UIVONT AUTHO IZING
CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX DEEDED LOTS IN THE CITY OF BEA,UMONT •
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES O=RDAIN
AS FOLLOW; S
Section 1. That whereas the lots and lards hereinafter
specifically described have been tax (deeded to the City of
Beaumont for deain:uent taxes and assessments, and are not
necessary for -,public use and convenience, and it is proper
and ne:essary to dispose of such title thereto as the City
cf Beaumont has for the common benefit.
Section 2. That if, as and when buyers therefor are
found said lots cr lands be sola at a minimum price of
T ENTYFIVE Dollars per parcel, and the City Council of the
City of Beaumont do by resolution duly adopted authorize
each such sale and therein fix the seilin, price and terms,
to be however not les€, than said minimum of twentyfive dollars
per parcel, and on each ouch sale the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed
to the purchaser or purchasers, subject to and reserving a
richt in the City of Beaumont to lay, install and maintain
utilities of any and all kinds in, under, over art across
the __arcel cr j rcels sola.
Section 3. That the lots or lands referred to herein
are situate in the City of Beaumont, County cf Fiverside,
State of Californi-, and described as follows:
Lots 14 and 16 in Flock 66;
Lot 1L. and the Westerly 130 feet of Lot 16 in Block 102.
Section 4. That the city Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause same
to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, ,a newspaper of
general circulation printed, published and ciraulatea in the
City of Beaumont, and thirty days after passage it shall be
in full force and effect.
