OF MEETINGS OF CITY COUNCIL, AND FEPEALING ALL OFDINt+,NCE2

THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF rEAUION' DOES ORDAIN
AS IOLLO7S:
Section 1. That the official meeting place of the
City Council of -the City of Beaumont be and it is hereby
fixed 4S the Council Chambers in the Beaumont Municieal
:located cn Lote 6, 7, �dna 5 of J. J. :cOcyle
Subdivisien, in the City of Deaument, County of Riverside,
State of California, per it thereof cf record in the office
cf the County 'Recorder of it County.
Section 2. That all erdinancee and 1.:erte of ordinances -
in cenfIict herewith be and same are hereby re,eealed.
Sectien 3. That this ordihance le hereby aeclared to
be an emergency ordinance necesadry for the immediate preser-
vatien of the public eeace, health ana safety, and the facts
cenetitutinp: its urgency are declared to be foiiows:
That on March 10 1,T)35 the City of Beaumont cempletea
the ereetion of a Municipal Building on the above mentioned
location for the purpose of housiile all de-eartments of the
City Goverment, which is ready for occupancy, and there are
no facilities for meeting in the place last designeted for a
meeting place, and it is necessry a place for meetings
be officia.11y designated and fixed in order to transact the
business of the City of reauLont in a lawful manner.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall go into effect
imp upon it adoletion. That the Clerk shall cause
this ordinance to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette,
a newspaper of gener1 circulation printed and mablished
in the City of Beaumont, California.
