The City Council of the City of Beaumont does ordain
3EC'TION ONE: Pursuant to applicable Statutes of
the ;Mate of California, thatcertain document,- in book form,
entitled "Uniform Plumbing Code", 1948 Edition, published by the
Western Plumbing Officials Association, three copies of which are
now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, are
hereby adopted and enacted by the City Council of the City of
Beaumont, as the Plumbing Code of said City.
SLCTION T10: That Ordinance No. 111 of the City of
3eaumont and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hercb)r repealed.
SECTION THREE: That the City Clerk: shall certify to
the adortion of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
as recuired by lar:.
