The City Council of the City of Beaumont, California, does
ordain as follows, to -wit:
SrC'II0N I. That Ordinance Number 610q be, and the same is
hereby, repealed.
SECTION II. Every person under the a_ e o1:` eihteen (18) years
Who loiters about the public streets, avenue, alleys, harks or pub-
lic places of the City of Beaumont, State of California, between the
hour of 10:00 o'clock P.M. and the time of sunrise of the followin

twenty-one (21) years of a;:e, is guilty of: a misdemeanor.

Dollars (;;500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period
of not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprison -
