RESOLUTION APPROVING CO-LOCATORS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is party to a lease with
Sprint Spectrum ("Sprint") by which Sprint has established a cellular tower on
Borough property; and
WHEREAS, said lease requires the Borough approve any proposed codocators
on the Sprint Tower; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has proposed that Metricom, and XM Corporation be
approved as codocators; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret have
considered Sprint's request, and have determined to grant the request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Metricom and XM are approved to co-locate on the
tower maintained by Sprint.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval is conditioned upon the
respective co-locators obtaining all required permits and approvals.
