AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TFAIPT.F CITY
EXTENDING SEC. 3 OF INTERIM ORDINANCE N0. 85 -565
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 65858 of
the Government Code of the State of California, and following a
public hearing held with respect thereto in the manner provided
by law, City Council does hereby extend Sec. 3 of Ordinance No. 85-
565 for an additional period of ten (10) months and fifteen (15)
days.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and as an extension of an Interim Ordinance shall be effective
immediately; and shall cause the same to be published in the
Temple City Tj.mes, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and' eircu .ated in the City of Temple City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 85 -567, was introduced as an urgency ordinance at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City,
held on the 6th day of August, 1985, and was duly passed, approved
and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
