ORDINANCE NO. 108-1997
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR THE
PROPERTY IDENTIFIED BY AUDITOR'S MAP NO. 31-03-000-206.008-
03, LOCATED WEST OF AND ALONG SALISBURY ROAD IN THE NE
1/4 SECTION 3 TOWNSHIP 16 RANGE 14 CENTER TOWNSHIP; AND
THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED BY AUDITOR'S MAP NO. 21-34-400-
409.000-17, LOCATED SOUTH OF AND ALONG STATE ROAD 38 IN
THE SE 1/4 SECTION 34 TOWNSHIP 17 RANGE 14 WEBSTER
TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate located west of and along
Salisbury Road and south of SR 38 as A-1 Agricultural District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 Special Use
for a mobile home park;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate identified by Auditor's Map No. 31-
03-000-206.008-03, located west of and along Salisbury Road in the NE 1/4 Section 3-
Township 16 Range 14 Center Township; and the real estate identified by Auditor's Map
No. 21-34-400-409.000-17, located south of and along State Road 38 in the SE 1/4
Section 34 Township 17 Range 14 Webster Township, is hereby changed to C-4 Special
Use District for a Mobile Home Park.
