RESOLUTION NO. 2017-049
A RESOLUTION TO APFOR VILLAGE
DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS, RISE GRANT AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE
DEED FOR VILLAGE DRIVE
Whereas,
it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the City to enter into a
80/380 Commerce Park LLC for the improvements to
Village Drive; and,
Whereas
, City of Tiffin was awarded a RISE Grant for the improvements to Village
Drive where the City was used as the mechanism to secure the grant; and,
Whereas,
it is also in the best interest of the City to enter into an agreement for the
execution of the grant for the improvements,
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
and RISE Agreement is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized to execute the attached
Agreements and also that the City Council accept the deed for Village Drive.

Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner

declared that
VILLAGE DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS, RISE
GRANT AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEED FOR VILLAGE DRIVE,
TIFFIN, IOWA,
to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
