THEIR DISPOSAL THROUGH A CERTIFIED r‘ECYCLING CENTER
WHEREAS, after years of service, certain city-owned computer equipment and
peripherals have either reached the end of their service life, become damaged beyond
repair, or have become obsolete; and
WHE,-ES, pursuant to Section 2-15 of the Lynwood Municipal Code, the City
Council is the Surplus Property Commission, which has the authority to authorize the
disposal of surplus properties; and
WHE"YEAS, the cost to dispose of the equipment will not exceed $300.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU CIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWO4D IDES
HEREBY ESOLVE AILD DETERMINE AS Fc• LLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood approves surplus equipment to be
recycled through a certified recycling center and authorizes the City Manager or
designee tosign an agreement approved by the City Attorney.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and hereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
