NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE CITY OF LYNWOOD'S
FY 2020-21 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
NOTICE IS HE-EBY GIVEN that the Lynwood City Council will hold a public hearing on
October 19, 2021 as follows:
Date: October 19, 2021 (City Council Meeting)
Time: 6:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)

Subject: Lynwood City Council to review the performance of the City's Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and HOME Investment
Partnerships (HOME) Program for the July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021
fiscal year.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report(CAPER) is submitted to the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The CAPER
consists of two main components: the Annual Performance Report and the Grantee
Performance Report. The Annual Performance Report focuses on housing activity in the
City and the Grantee Performance Report summarizes the financial expenditures and
activity of the various CDBG and HOME projects that were funded last year. Persons
interested in reviewing the City's CAPER for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30,
2021 may contact the Community Development Department at (310) 603-0220, Ext. 601.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October
19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Hall
Annex Council Chambers at 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. To participate please
