A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 BUDGET AND APPROVING
THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood (the "City Council") reviewed
the FY 2021-23 City Manager Proposed Budget for the City of Lynwood attached herein
and made a part of this resolution through this reference; and
WHEREAS, the agenda for the July 20, 2021 meeting of the City Council was duly
posted, and the FY 2021-23 City Manager Proposed Budget and all related agenda
material were made available to the interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Lynwood Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-22 is hereby
adopted, and Fiscal Year 2022-23 approved, as presented in the FY 2021-23 City
Manager Proposed Budget.
Section 2. The Fiscal Year 2021-23 City Manager Proposed Budget will be
amended by adding, deleting, reclassifying, and/or transferring the
classifications/positions and their funding as follows:

Section 3. That the City Manager (at his discretion) or his designee is authorized
to carry over incomplete Capital Improvement Projects with remaining account balances
and available funding sources from the prior fiscal year, to allow the work in progress
relative to these projects to continue in an uninterrupted manner contingent upon
revenues being available.
Section 4. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
