A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
ADOPTING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR PLANNING AND ZONING RELATED
MATTERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McCall City Code 3.15.03.J provides that a fee schedule for planning and
zoning related matters be established periodically by City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is in the best interest of the owners
of property and of the inhabitants within the City to reduce the sign review fee for signs
fifteen (15) square feet or less from $150 to $50 and create new fees as set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The following rates and fees are hereby adopted as the fees for planning
and zoning applications and matters. Fees are payable prior to City taking action on the
application in question:
