AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 244-08-20, THE
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2020 , AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2021; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF
IONA, IDAHO , IN THE SUM OF $575,000.00 AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA,
IDAHO THAT:
Section 1. Amendment of Fiscal Year 2021 Appropriations. Ordinance No.
244-08-20, the appropriations ordinance for the City of Iona, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 2020 , and ending September 30, 2021 , be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
That additional revenues for the water fund in the amount of $575,000.00 be
included from the Army Corp of Engineers Grant, and that the additional sum of
$575,000.00 be appropriated from the water fund from the Army Corp of Engineers
Grant; to be used for Capital Improvements in relation to the Iona Water Project.
Thus, the expenditures from the general fund remain $1,243,700; expenditures
from the water fund shall be $3,329,800; and total expenses shall be $4,573,500.00.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
execution, and publication in the manner provided by law. v{;,
