AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NG. 226 OF THE CITY OF
BEA UMGNT, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1, That Sub -paragraph (2) of Section 9, of Ordnance Vo, 226
of the City of Beaumont, California, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read, en toto, as follows, to wit:
No building shall be constructed in any area
zoned COMMERCIAL within three feet of
the front line of any lot or parcel therein
so zoned,
2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the
passage hereof, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the
passage hereof shall be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of
Beaumont.
