AN ORDINANCE AME uDING ARTICLE 8 OF J CTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 282 OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT CALIFuRNIA BY ADDING TO
SAID ARTICLE AND SECTION A NEW SUBSECTION TO BE KNO'vIN AS
SUBSECTION (3) AND hHICH SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: (3)
MORTUARIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN aJ FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Article 8 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 282 of the
.City of Beaumont is hereby amended by adding to said article 8
Section 1, a new subdivision to be known as subsection (3), and which
shall read as follows:
(3) Mortuaries.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Beaumont shall certify
to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same'to be
published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general cir'
culation, printed, published, and circulated in the btity of Beaumont,
and thirty (30) days after its adoption , this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect.

of the City of Beaumont, was introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Beaumont, duly held on the 27th
day of February, 1957, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council duly held on the 13 day
of March, 1957.
