AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUNMONT, CALIFORNIA,
FIXING CERTAIN SET. -BACK LI ITS IN PROPERTY +ROI
NORTH SIDE OF 12th STREET TO NORTH LINE OF LOT 6,
BLOCK 22 IN THE CITY OF BEAUM0NT.
The City Council of the City of Beaumont does Ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance
there is established from the North line of Lot 6, Block 22, a
45 foot set -back from the present East Property line on California
Avenue in the City of Beaumont.
