SENDING ARTICLE 24 OP ORDINANCE NO. 282 OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA BY SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR A NEW ARTICLE 24HICH SHALL ESTfi3LISH SET BACK LINES NOT LESS THAN THREE tEET FROM THE LINE CONSTITUTING THE COMMON BOUNDARY OF SIXTH STREET. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEi,Ui,iON`i DOLS ORDAIN AS FOLLOS : SECTION 1. Article 24 of Ordinance No. 282 of the City of Beaumont is hereby amended by substituting for said Article 24 a new Article 24, and which shall read as follows: ARTICLE 24. SET BACK LINES: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article contained, no building or structure shall be placed or constructed less than three (3) feet distant from the line constituting the common boundary of Sixth Street, unless a modification be made by variance as provided in Article 16 of this ordineince . SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Beaumont shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and thirty (30) days after its adoption this ordinance shall be in full force and. effect.
