natea as Sib-seetion (9), and to read as follows:
(9) Churches, Flementarydols and Junior 197h Schools,
stlbject to review and issuance of a conditional use permit
as set fa: -t9 in Article 1C.

and adoption of this Ordinance and shell cause the sane to be

ciruulation, published -printed nnd circulated in the City of
Beaumont, and thirty days after its adontion, this Odinance
shall be in full force and effect.
