TALL CITY COUNCIL OF TriE CITY OF DEAUM0NT DO ORDAIN Ab FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 295 of the City of Beaumont, adopted
Lay 28,1958, entitled"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA,
GOVERNING TIE SUBDIVISION OF AND AND OF SUBDIVISION 1IPS. " be and
it is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an urgency
ordinance under Section 36937 of Government Code of California and
to be necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and the facts constituting its urgency are as
follows: Since the adoption of Ordinance No. 295 it has been
discovered by this City Council that its effect on people affected
thereby would cause great economical loss and for the preservation of
public peace,health and safety it is imperative that this ordinance
repealing Ordinance iso. 29 ue effective immediately.
rection 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation and circulated
in the City of oeaumont, and it shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its adoption.
