Y have an interest that is genuine from many viewpoints and knowledge of what is legal,
what is good for the environment, the community and an idea of what Tybee Island
wants of the island in terms of preservation. Working with my fellow neighbors to the
betterment of Tybee Island within the expertise I have already is my wish,
Listed below is my resume. It is very diverse in the construction and design area. I
know the laws and expectations of my prior state and wish to learn Georgia's. I am not
very knowledgeable in the field of Commercial building however my experience in
residential construction, laws and needs of the land, nature and the rights of the people.
I have been a resident of Tybee Island (presently a home owner) for over a year.
The laws, requirements of nature and the restrictions of those for the betterment of the
above and restrictions upon people for those reasons.
*My opinion of "conflict of interest":
When presumably myself as a Planning Commission Member (or a family member) has
financial interest directly or indirectly in the application or issue of discussion, by which
the outcome could benefit me or mine and therefore be influenced unjustly.
*My involvement in the Tybee Island Community:
I recently bought a home on Tybee Island and have not become associated with any o
group or party. I would like to become more involved with the community's
development and growth and thus utilizing my own knowledge and skills to the
betterment of Tybee Island. I

wetland regulations.

inquiries, project timelines, weekly status meetings, and established office procedures.
