AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN Pi OP i.TY FROM Cl to C2.
The City of Beaumont does ordain as follows:
1). Pursuant to the reccri endation and passage by the Planning
Commission that portions of Blocks 81: and 85 facing on Beaumont Avenue, and lying
north of the alley passing through these blocks from east to west as shown on the
amended map of the City of Beaumont, as recorded in Book 6, pages 16 and 17 of
maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, are re -zoned from C-1" to "C-2"
as defined in Ordinance No. 282 of the City of Beaumont,,
2). The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and
shall cause the same to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and it shall be in full
force and effect immediately upon its adoption.
