ORDINANCE NO. 309
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT AMENDING SECTION
3, ARTICLE 6, OF ORDINANCE NO. 282, PERTAINING TO
FRONT YARDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 3, Article 6 of Ordinance No. 282, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Every lot and every parcel of land in the R-3 Zone shall
have a front yard not less than fifteen (15) feet in depth.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby amended to conform hereto.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Beaumont shall
certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the
City of Beaumont, and 30 days after its adoption, this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect.

Ordinance No. 309 of the City of Beaumont, was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Beaumont duly held on the 16th. day of September,1959, and
that the same was duly passed andadopted at the regular meeting
of said City Council held on the 30th. day of September, 1959,
by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilman Nunez,
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Figgins, Allen, Moore and Campbell.
