AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 282 WITH
RESPECT TO REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-1 TO R-3.
The City Council of the City of Beaumont does ordain as
follows:
1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commission
of the City of Beaumont, that area known as Beaumont Annexation
No. 5 is rezoned from R-1 to R-3 as defined in Ordinance No. 282
of the City of Beaumont.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, published,
printed and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon its adoption.
Introduced at a regular meeting held September 30, 1959.
Adopted this 7th day of October, 1959.
