The City Council of the City of reaumont, C,,lifornie. does ordain as
follows:
SECti(JA 1: Any poon, ownin, having, hartorin, having charge,
care, control or possession of any dog, who fails, refuses or neglects
to keep such dog off of any street, alley, parkway, sidewalk, or any
other public place within the City of 'e:,eauront, unless said d02 Is on
a leash of not store than six (6) feet inlength and in the control of
a carLpetent person cadable of complete control or said dog, is guilty
of a misde-T:lencro
