AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 :2 WITH
RESPECT TO REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R.-2 TO R-3.
The City Council of the City of Beaumont does ordain as
follows:
1. Pursuant to the reconiuendation of the Planning Commission
of thn City of Beaumont that certain property s..tuat2d in the
City of Beaumont, County of Riverside. Statc of California,
r art;i cul arty described. as fol lows:
Blocks 45. 46 and. 47,
Lots 1 to 1.0 inclusive, Block 48,
Lots 1 to 70 _inclusive. . Block 49,
Lots 2, 4, 6, 3 and 10 of Block 50, and
the South 1/2 of Lot 20 and Lots 21 to
24 inclusive of Block 22, as shown by the
Amended Map of the City of. Beaumont as
recorded _i.n Book '�, Pages 16 and 17 of
Maps, Pecords of San Bernardino County,
Cal :Lforni.a,
is hereby rezoned from R-2 to R-3.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to le published once
n the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation,
nubl i.shed, pr_i_ntedand circulated n the City of Beaumont, and
thirty days after its adoption this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect.
