AN ORIEINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2$2 REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 to R-3.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of Beaumont, that certain property situated in the City of
Beaumont, County of Riverside, State of California, particularly
described as follows:
The Northerly 30$.05 feet of Lot 9, Block 130
as shown by Amended Map of the Town of Beaumont
recorded in Book 6, pages 16 and 17 of Maps,
Records of San Bernardino County, California,
is hereby rezoned from R-1 to R-3,
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Beaumont
Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, published, printed and cir-
culated in the City of Beaumont, and thirty days after its adoption this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect.

AYES: Councilmen Leeb, Moore, Houston and Allen.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McClellan.
