RESOLUTION AUTNDRIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A 1997 AMUSM~rf DEVICES LIC~qSE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an An~sem~nt Devices License for the Year
1997 by the following:
1, CHATEAU MADP. ID 8 HOLLY STREET;.
2. MARIA'S PORTOGUESE & SPANISH
RESTAURAh~ & BAR 106 ~KI AVENUE;
3. MISKO'S CAFE, INC. '139 ~ STP, EMi';
WHEREAS, said application(s) has~.been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regu-
lating and Licensing'Amusement Devices, and the Carteret Police
Department reconmends that a License for Armmement Devices for the
Year 1995 be issued to said applicant(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS H!~REBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, ti{at the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement Devices
License for the Year 1997 to each ~applicant listed above, upon
receipt of the proper fees.
Adopted the 06th day of MARCH , 1997~
and certified as a true ~copy of the original
